Automatic Metal Gates

swing gates

Our Classic automatic metal gates design are fashioned from Wrought Iron and are often embellished with scrolls, rosettes, finial gate heads and any number of ornamental flourishes. We have a number of examples of wrought iron gates to inspire the design of your own gates. Wrought Iron gates remain the most popular type of gate in the UK. For examples of our metal gates, please visit our Gallery.

Automatic Wooden Gates

You may prefer the look of our automatic wooden gates for the front of your property. Wooden gates do take more maintenance than metal gates but the varied and beautiful natural finish makes it a wonderful material to make gates from. We have examples of our wooden gates in our Gallery.

About our Security & Decorative Gates

wooden gates

Our gates are made from a range of steel sections with several options of anti-scaling devices, infill panels, mesh and cladding. Decorative features can be incorporated. We offer an extensive range of ornate entrance gates with complementary railings for residential, commercial and public buildings in traditional or modern styles. Gates are made from hollow square steel section or in solid square section with hot forged or cast iron decorative elements. Decorative gates use traditional mortice joints on mid-rails on most designs.

Swing Gates and Sliding Gates

Swing gates are operated by rear mounted hydraulic rams or underground concealed equipment. Sliding gates are available in tracked sliding design for level ground, cantilevered designs where kerbs, crossfall or rough ground is to be traversed and telescopic gates for level ground with restricted space for the open gate to be positioned.
